Downey Planning and Architecture provided full consultancy services at the initial site assessment stage providing advice on the procurement of the lands. Design Concept and masterplan proposals were presented at pre-planning consultation stage with the full architectural design evolving into a high quality mixed use residential and mixed development that retained the essential character of the lands including the existing ecclesiastical use of the Church. Planning permission was successfully secured from Dublin City Council.
